Young family bought two bedrooms duplex apartment with city views and balcony. This apartment’s design offers second-level bedrooms open to main floor living. This is inconvenient because the bedrooms don’t isolated each other and living room. The owner wants to put windows all bedrooms.

He wants to have four zones to their living area: the kitchen, dining room, office and living. We create Kitchen Island which continued in the bar.

This is convenient for breakfast or a wine party with friends in the evening time. Dining table and chairs we placed in a niche of open space by the window.

Thereby increasing room height and breadth. We placed a small office in the closet. The wall was removed and put French doors with frosted glass If necessary, you can close the door and nothing will interfere to work. On the central wall placed open and closed shelves with a niche for the TV. Living area separates the kitchen from the large corner sofa. Stretch ceilings bright visually uplifting room.

Light box was put in the corner niche on the stairs. The Light box gives additional lighting.

Two large windows get daytime lighting in the bedrooms.

This basement interior design project was carried out in a classic house. Construction of the house has already been completed by Rykoff Design & Build. Owner of the house wanted to see it through and make the interior of the basement in spacious interior style of the house.

He wanted the basement would be very light and would not give the impression of limited space. Because the windows in the basement are too small, it was decided to place light boxes in the game room to make an impression of larger windows.

Landscape, which is printed on light boxes, creates the illusion of nature outside the window and expands the space. Thus playroom in the basement turned into a summer house in the fresh air.

The huge walls were divided for a few sections by moldings, just like the classic style requires. The frescoes on the walls added elegance and richness to the interior.

The special feature of this project is that the design is based on the concept of a “green” wooden village home made like a heritage one.

Architectural rendering Airport Trade Centre

The project involves the reconstruction of the factory premises into the large exhibition center with a new hotel. It was necessary to make an interesting design of the main exhibition building, which clear identifies all entrances. The group of our designers has chosen a Futurism style for this project. The main material is glass. However, there are no ordinary glass windows – arched windows repeats the wave pattern. The facade of the building is characterized by long dynamic lines and motion.

The entrances to the main building and the hotel are made in a shape of a huge glass tube: this element creates a techno-style finish of the entire fairgrounds.
